5K/10K ROAD RACE

LOCATION: Town of Cape Vincent Recreation Park, 602 S. James Street, Cape Vincent

TIME: 10:00AM

COURSE: The 10K course is flat and fast. It follows the St. Lawrence 5k to a turn around at the scenic Tibbetts Point Lighthouse. The 5K course follows the same route to a 2K turn around.

FEE: Pre-Registration $8.00 US/$15.00 CAN, Race Day $10.00 US/$17.00 CAN 1K Fun Run FREE T-Shirts to the first 100 registered

MAIL REGISTRATIONS: Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 482, Cape Vincent, NY 13618

REGISTRATION: 8:00AM to 9:45AM at the Recreation Park on James Street, 1/2 mile directly south of the Ferry

AWARDS: Permanent trophy engraved with names of the male and female winners of the 5K and 10K races. Ribbons will be awarded to the first, second and third place men and women in the following categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and up

Ribbons awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd for the 1K Fun Run
