We are a family owned business located in the village of Cape Vincent on the St. Lawrence River.

Our facility has four 2 bedroom cottages with enclosed porches and one 3 bedroom house with an enclosed porch and an open deck. 

Dockage in a protected basin is available.

We are conveniently located within easy walking distance of grocery and other shopping.


Our season runs from June 15th to September 15th and our rentals are available on a weekly basis only. Our 3 bedroom house is open for rental year round.

All units are heated and completely equipped  and have Cable TV.  Sorry No Pets.

A deposit is required on all reservations. Check-in 2 PM Check-out 10 AM

All cottages are heated and equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, refrigerator, 
stove, hot water, showers, and Cable TV(sheets and towels are not provided).
Dockage available.

The Cape Vincent Marina is a dockage and winter storage facility located in the village of Cape Vincent. The dockage is in a protected basin on the St. Lawrence River.

Dockage and winter storage is available for boats up to 28 ft. in length.

Both electric and water is available at dock sites.
